Niyya Farm Group (NFG), registered in 2002, is a Nigerian agro-industrial enterprise founded by the late Major-General Ibrahim Dahiru Gumel, former Chief of Defence Intelligence and Transport Minister. Headquartered at TL3 Nnamdi Azikiwe Expressway, Kaduna, with operations at the Niyya Farm Group Complex, Doka Village, KM 60 Kaduna-Abuja, Kaduna State, NFG owns 3,000+ hectares of land, including orchards, a dairy farm, and a state-of-the-art processing facility. Its subsidiaries, Niyya Food & Drinks Company Limited (NFDCL) and Niyya Farms Limited (NFL), drive its operations. NFDCL, incorporated in 1999, produces Farm Pride Natural Juices and Yoghurts, using fresh fruits and milk, certified by NAFDAC and SON. In 2014, Verod Capital Management acquired a stake in NFDCL to fund increased processing and farming capacities.
