Who we are

This event is run by the EU-Nigeria Agribusiness Platform. Registering for the event means you accept these terms and the privacy notice that goes with them.

Registering

You register as yourself, on behalf of the organisation you name. Give us details that are true and keep them up to date in your profile. One registration covers one person. Do not share your login.

What we do with your registration

We use your details to run the event: to confirm your place, to match you with other participants, to prepare meeting schedules and name badges, to support visa letters where you need one, and to handle payment where your package is paid for. The privacy notice explains this in full.

Fees and payment

Where your package carries a fee, your place is confirmed once we have the payment or have agreed the fee with you in writing. Prices are shown in euros, with a naira figure at the exchange rate on the day. Fees are not refundable after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled.

How to behave at the event

Treat other participants and staff with respect. Do not harass anyone, do not misrepresent who you are or who you work for, and do not use the platform to send unsolicited sales messages. We may remove a participant who breaks this, without a refund.

Other participants' information

The participant directory, meeting schedules and deal rooms exist so you can do business at this event. Use what you see there for that purpose only. Do not copy the directory, scrape it, or add other participants to a mailing list without their agreement.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of your photo, logo, company profile and any document you upload. By uploading it you allow us to show it inside the event platform to the people your listing choices cover, and to print it in event materials where that is needed to run the event. Use of your organisation name and logo in material that promotes platform events is separate and needs the extra permission you can give at registration, or later from your profile.

Matchmaking

Matches are suggestions based on the answers you give. We do not promise a set number of meetings, and we do not guarantee any business outcome.

Changes to the event

We may change the programme, the speakers, the venue or the dates where we have to. If we cancel the event, we refund fees paid for it. We are not responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the page shows a new version. Where the change matters, we ask you to accept it again the next time you sign in.
